Ingredients
1 15oz can Chicken Broth1.5 cups water1 package Ramen noodles, no seasoning2 large Eggs, beaten1 can Spinach1 Tablespoon lite Soy Sauce2 Tablespoons scalions
Directions
Bring broth and water to boil, add noodles and cook 3 minutes.

Add eggs and cook 30 seconds, do not stir.

Add spinach and simmer 1 minute.

Add soysauce and scallon, simmer 1 minute.
