    I WOULD RATHER USE 1 EGG,THAN WASTE 2 YOLKS. THEY ARE A GOOD FAT ANYWAY. - 5/19/09

They are considered a good fat but the cholesterol is located in the yolk of an egg and the protein value for an egg white is higher than an egg yolk so this recipe is good for people that are watching their cholesterol and fat intake but still want the protein that is found in eggs.

Pretty tasty. These LOOKED regular pancakes, but the taste and texture reminded us of french toast. Works for me!

's-on-hand supper with the kids) so subbed vanilla fat free greek yogurt for the re - 2/24/12

I really love the fact that this recipe does not contain any sugar, and is very clean. Topped with sliced strawberries. - 7/9/11

I really like these pancakes. I had them for the first time this morning. They were really tasty topped with dark chocolate chips, and syrup. I would have rated 5 stars except they fell apart while cooking. I'm going to try baking them in the oven using my baking stone. I'll update. - 12/22/10
