Octopus Ceviche

Ingredients
1 pound of octopus3 cups of chopped tomatos (roma tastes better)3/4 cup of chopped onions1/2 cup of chopped cilantro10 cloves of garlic minced1 tbsp of black pepper1 tsp of salt
Directions
1. Boil octopus for approximately 15 minutes, then turn off stove and leave it in there.

2. Put all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

3. Drain octopus and put in the bowl.

4. Chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour and a half.

5. Enjoy!!!
