Irish Soda Bread Farls

Ingredients
Directions
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt1 Cup Low Fat Buttermilk
Preheat griddle to 400F.
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Add buttermilk.
Stir with fork into a sticky ball.
Turn out onto a floured surface and knead gently (not too much)
Flaten with your knuckles into a round and roll approx. 1/2 inch thick circle.
Cut into pizza type wedges.
Cook on dry griddle approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
