Ingredients
2 boxes of vanilla tapioca pudding1 3 oz box of Jello (any flavor)3 c. boiling water8 oz container of Cool Whip Free 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit
Directions
1. Boil 3 cups of water.
2. To water add the two boxes of vanilla tapioca pudding and 3 oz box of Jello.
3. Cook for 4 minutes--stirring constantly
4. Cool. While pudding is cooling, dethaw and drain frozen fruit OR slice your fresh fruit.
5. Whe pudding is cold, add in fruit.
6. Fold in 8 oz container of Cool Whip Free.
7. Chill and serve

Roughly makes 10-1/2 cup servings

Good combinations:

Raspberry jello with raspberries or mixed berries
Peach jello with peaches
Strawberry Jello with strawberries OR kiwi
Orange jello with madarin oranges
Lime jello with pears
Lemon jello with pineapple

I do not recommend using bananas

    I make something similar. 1 large box vanilla or banana pudding, mix as directed. 1 can mixed fruit, drained.
    1( 8 oz.) tub cool whip. and if you want you can add mini marshmallows. Easy and good! - 9/10/07
