Ingredients
White Wine, 150mL*Lemon Juice, 30mLCastor Sugar, 75 grams Lemon Peel, 2 tsp double cream 300mL
Directions
Mix wine, lemon juice, rind and sugar in a bowl and leave three hours. Add cream and whip until it stands in soft peaks. Transfer to bowls and chill several hours before serving. Can be topped with crushed brandy snaps for extra crunch.
