Fabulous Low-Cal French Toast

Skim or Soy Milk, 1/2 cup Egg Beaters 1 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener 2 tbspVanilla Extract 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg 1/4 tsp Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread (2 slices per serv) 8 slices
In a glass pie plate, mix together egg beaters, skim or soy milk, splenda, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Dip bread slices into egg mixture, coating both sides. In a skillet or on a griddle spray with Pam or 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve warm. If desired, serve with syrup.
