*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Shadybrook Farms 97% Fat Free Extra Lean Ground White Turkey, 16 oz Garlic, 5 clove, mincedCabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Red Bell Pepper, 1 cup *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1 tsp1 cup waterPepper, black, 1 tbsp
Heat oil in dutch oven over medium-high heat. Saute garlic for a few seconds to a minute and then add ground turkey. Pepper the turkey to taste. Stir-fry until turkey is evenly brown. Stir in cabbage and pepper, cooking until vegetables are tender, and turkey is fully cooked. Stir in soy sauce. Mix together flour and water. Stir in. Season with pepper. Cook sitrring until sauce has thickened.
