Ingredients
4 ripe avocados2 roma tomatoes, diced fine2 T red onion, minced3 T cilantro, minced1/2 t garlic pwd1 lime, juiced1/4 t sea salt1/2 - 1 jalapeno, seeded & minced fine (optional)
Directions
serves 6

place all ingredients in bowl with flat bottom & mash it with a potato masher. stir well & keep refrigerated.
exposed areas will brown exposed to air within a few hours. so serve asap. stir before serving.
