White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken breast1 cup diced celery1 clove garlic, minced1/2 cup minced onion1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup1 chicken bouillon cube (1tsp granules)1/2 tsp cumin1 cup of water6oz of beer (your choice - I use Sam Adams light)1 can of white beans (navy or great northern)1 can chopped green chilies1/2 cup serrano pepper, chopped1/2 cup jalepeno pepper, sliced1 pasilla pepper, chopped 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream1/2 cup 2% mexican shredded cheese
Directions
Brown ground chicken
Saute celery, onions, garlic and peppers
Mix together remaining ingredients (except sour cream and cheese) in a large stock pot and bring to a boil
Simmer for 1 hour.
Just before serving, add sour cream and heat until warm.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese
