Pico de Aguacate

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados (not too soft but not hard)1 roma tomato1 medium sweet onion (Texas 1015 or vidalia is best)1 T garlic powder1 t salt (or to taste)Small amount of lemon juiceSerrano pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the tomato, avocados and onion into chunks. Mix with garlic powder and salt. Squeeze half of a small lemon over the top. Add pepper to taste (not included in nutrition information).

Serve with chips. Makes 4 good size servings, or 2 dinner size servings.
