Ingredients
* *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove) * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove) * Pie fillings, canned, apple, .90 can (remove) * Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove) * Salt, 1 dash (remove) * *Cereals, Our Family Instant Oatmeal, plain, .75 serving (remove) * *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 5 tsp (remove)Cinnamon/Nutmeg to taste
Directions
Put all the ingredients together, except the apples, and spray a 9x13 pan with PAM. Mix it up and then place the apples on top. Cook for 40 minutes and set the oven to 375 degrees
