1/2 c. Egg Beaters1/3 c. buttermilk1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce1-1/4 c. mashed bananas1 c. Splenda1-3/4 c Flour1-1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 325. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, blend together Egg Beaters, buttermilk, applesauce and bananas. Sift together the Splenda, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix into banana mixture. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour, or until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
