2 cups of rolled oats1/4 cup of packed brown sugar1 cup of unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup of olive oil1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips1/2 cup of raisins1/2 cup of unprocessed bran flakes1/2 cup of whole wheat flour4 tbsp of smooth peanut butter2 egg whites1/2 tsp of cinnamon1 tsp of baking powder
Preheat oven to 375`.Mix together the oats, bran flakes, and wheat flour. Then add the brown sugar, applesauce, olive oil, peanut butter, and egg whites. Add in raisins and chocolate chips just before you bake. With large spoon, scoop out mounds of cookie dough onto a pam sprayed cookie sheet. Make sure that there is enough batter for 24 cookies ONLY!! Bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until stable. One serving is one cookie!!
