Peachy Keen Chicken Strips

Ingredients
2 Large Chicken Breasts, Skinned and cut into long strips. Approximate amount is 4 servings, 4 ounces each.1 C. Orange Juice1/3 C. Splenda2 T. Arrowroot Powder (thickening agent)1 15 Ounce Can of Sliced Peaches, No Sugar Added1/2 teaspoon Dried Onion Flakes1/8 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Directions
Brown Chicken Strips in a skillet that has been sprayed with olive oil or canola oil. 4 or 5 minutes, turn and brown the other side for about the same length of time.
Remove from pan.

Mix the remainder of ingredients in a jar, and shake throughly until well blended. Pour sauce mixture into pan that was used to brown the chicken. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir the peaches into the sauce and simmer on lowest heat for 5 minutes. All strips of chicken should be covered with sauce.
