Fresh Whole Wheat Sausage Pizza

Ingredients
Crust:1/3 ounce yeast, bakers1/2 tbsp Canola Oil3 ounces HOT Water1/2 c + 1/3 C Whole Wheat Flour1/2 tsp sugarTopping:1/2 tbsp Olive Oil10 very thin slices of tomatoes1 tbsp Basil1 tsp ground oregano1 tbsp Garlic1/2 c part skim Mozzarella Cheese,1/2 c Mozzarella Fat Free Shredded Cheese1 1/2 links of Sweet Italian Style Chicken Sausage cooked and chopped1 cup canned mushrooms5 jumbo black olives, sliced1 tbsp chopped green onion
Directions
For the crust, hot water, yeast and sugar into a mixing bowl. Allow to sit until frothy. Add oil and slowly mix in flour until absorped and well integrated. Roll dough out onto a pizza stone or pizza pan.

Drizzle olive oil over the crust and add tomatoes to arrange over the entire crust. Add dried spices to taste. Sprinkle onion over top.

Add cheeses, top with mushrooms, olives and sausage.

Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is golden; approximately 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
