Ingredients

1 C sliced mushrooms1/4 C chopped green onions1 clove garlic; minced2 tsp butter2 lb ground pork1 tsp dijon mustard (optional)salt and pepperHamburger buns (optional)
Makes 8 burgers or one meatloaf
If making meatloaf, heat oven to 350*; if making burgers, heat oven or prepare grill
1. In large skillet, melt butter. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic. Cook until tender.
2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients (except for buns)
3. Form into 6-8 patties; grill, bake or fry until done
OR
4. Spread mixture in prepared 9x13 baking dish; bake 350* 45-60 minutes or until done
