Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Ground beef, 1lb.Tomato Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) White Rice, long grain, 2 cup Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
Directions
- Slice Cabbage in Half, and remove the core. Boil the Cabbage until the leaves fall off easily.
- In a bowl combine Ground Beef, Chopped Onion, and cooked Rice
- When the cabbage is cooked, wrap the Ground Beef mixture up in the Cabbage leaves
- In another bowl combine Tomato Soup and Brown Sugar
- Place cabbage rolls in a roasting pan
- Pour Tomato soup mixture overtop of cabbage rolls
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 2-3 hours.
