Healthy Vegetarian Taco Salad

Ingredients
2 cups Mixed salad greens (or more!)1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed1/2 cup Chunky salsa, mild, medium or hot variety1/4 cup 2% reduced fat Kraft Mexican blend cheese1/4 cup sweet red peppers pepper (optional)1/4 cup Green onion (optional)Optional: hot sauce
Directions
Drain and rinse the canned black beans then microwave (in a glass bowl) for 2-3 minutes. Wash and slice green onions and red bell pepper. Place washed salad greens in a large bowl and top with 1/2 cup of warmed black beans. Next, place 1/4 cup of shreadded cheese on top of the beans, then top with 1/2 cup of salsa. Garnish with diced red bell pepper and green onion. Enjoy!
