Ingredients
-1 large egg, beaten-1 tbsp. Splenda (or Sugar)-1 tbsp Vinegar -1 cup milk-2 tbsp. Canola Oil-1/2 tsp. Baking Soda-1/2 tsp. Salt-1 tsp. Baking Powder-1 cup All-Purpose Flour, enriched
Directions
Heat griddle @ medium heat.

Beat egg, then add wet and dry ingredients. Stir until blended, then whisk to remove most 'lumps'. Pour on griddle and flip once pancakes are bubbling.

Makes : ~10 4"(inch) pancakes.
