Chopped broccoli salad

Ingredients
3 cups chopped brocoli crowns1/2 cup chopped red onion1/2 cup chopped bell pepper1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup chopped walnuts3 Tbsp lite mayo1/4 cup milkbacon bits if desiredgrated cheese if desired
Directions
Makes about 6 servings
Chop vegetables, add raisins and walnuts
Mix mayo and milk
Toss salad and dressing together
May add bacon bits/grated cheese/a bit more mayo if desired.
