Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped Butter, salted, 2 tbsp Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped *Flour, white, .25 cup Velveeta Cheese Spread, 2 oz Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 4 cup
Directions
Melt butter, then cook onion. Add flour slowly, then broth and milk. Bring temperature up and add Velveeta. Melt and then add chopped broccoli. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. serves 8.
