Seafood Casserole

1 1/2 lbs shrimp1/4 c. butter1/2 lb sliced mushrooms2 T. minced onion1/4 t. pepper9 oz cheddar cheese, shredded1 lb fake crabmeat1/4 c. lite margarine9 oz. frozen artichoke hearts1 clove garlic, crushed1/4 c. flour3/4 c. skim milk3/4 c. dry white wine1 c. breadcrumbs
Boil shrimp for 3 minutes, until no longer pink. Drain. Cook artichoke hearts as directed. Saute mushrooms in 2 T. butter for 5 minutes. Add onions and garlic. Stir in flour and pepper, then slowly add milk. Brink to a boil, stirring until thickened.
Remove from heat, adding 1/2 the cheese. Stir until melted. Stir in wine.
In a 2 1/2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients expect butter, cheese, and breadcrumbs. Mix well. Sprinkle with cheese, breadcrumbs, dot with butter.
Bake @ 375' for 30 minutes. Serves 8
