Guilt Free Mac N Cheese

Ingredients
4oz Velveeta LIGHT Cheese2(uncooked) cups Whole wheat elbow (or your favorite shaped pasta) macaroni2 chicken breasts2 cups of broccoli
Directions
Boil pasta according to directions on the box.
While the pasta is cooking cut 4oz of Velveeta light cheese in to cubes. Cut chicken breasts in to bite sized pieces. And Cut broccoli down into bite sized pieces.
Drain pasta as return to the pot you were boiling it in without washing the pasta or the pan and add your cheese cubes. Stir and cover. (this helps the cheese melt) Get your chicken and cook in a pan until all the pink it gone.Uncover pasta and add chicken and stir. Add broccoli and your done!

If you think its too thick add some milk or cut back on cheese.
