Crock Pot Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 can tomato sauce1 can tomato paste10 stalks celery5 raw potatos1 raw onion8 raw carrots24 oz round steak (recipe will work with less)Flour (<1 cup)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
This recipe makes 8 - 10 servigs.

1. Place round steak on cutting board and trim off fat. Cut into 4-6 oz pieces.

2. Put flour, salt and pepper in bowl and mix.

3. Coat pieces of steak in flour mixture. Place flour coated steak into bottom of crock pot.

4. Slice potato, celery and onion, and carrots into small pieces and place in crock pot.

5. Mix together tomato paste and sauce and pour over contents in crock pot.

6. Set crock pot low for 8 hours. Enjoy!!
