Turkey Rice Soup

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Butter1 Cup chopped onion1 Cup chopped celery2 Tsp. powdered thyme2 Cups chopped carrots1 Cup rice2 Cups chopped turkey1 Cup frozen corn3 Tbsp dried parsleySalt and pepper4 140z Cans chicken broth
Directions
In a large pot, melt butter and cook onions until tender. Add celery and thyme. Stir in carrots and rice. Toss to coat. Stir in chicken broth, bring to a simmer.

Cook until vegetables and rice are tender. Stir in turkey, corn and parsley. Return to simmer and season to taste.
