Scrapbook Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, 6 breast, deboned,deskin ned, cookedRed Grapes, 2 cup, halvedApples, fresh, 2 cup, dicedCelery, raw, 2 cup, chopped*Pineapple, canned, 2 cup, crushedOnions, raw, 1/4 cup, choppedCashew Nuts, 1/2 cup (add just before serving)Mayonnaise, 1/2 cupColeslaw Dressing, 1/2cupServe on Croisants or Rolls
Directions
Drain the pineapple & pour the juice over the cut-up apples, soak for 15 minutes, then drain. Combine all ingredients (except cashews, add just before serving) and chill. Serve on large Croisants (24 sandwiches).
