2 large eggs2 corn tortillas3 tbsp olive oil1.5 tbsp onion1 tbsp cilantro
Directions
heat oil
cut tortillas in half and then small strips
saute the tortillas until firm
add onion & cilantro saute 1 minute and add eggs until done.
