White Bean Hummus

2lbs white beans (I use cannellini..about three average cans)2 TBSP EVOO3 TBSP Tahini8 cloves garlic3/4 cup waterdash saltdash crushed black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. BLEND!! Add more water to get desired consistency.
Each serving is about 3TBSP. You get more or less depending on how much water you add and how dense the beans were.
