Butter Dips

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour3 1/2 tsp. baking powder1 Tbsp. sugar1 1/2 tsp. salt1 cup skim milk3 Tbsp. Smart Balance Buttery Spread
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Melt the butter spread and put in a 9 x 13 pan.

In a bowl mix the dry ingredients. Put a hole in the center and pour the milk. Stir with a fork just until the dough clings to it. Turn out onto a floured bread board and knead 10-12 times. Roll out into the size of a 9 x 13 pan. It will be about 1/2 inch thick. Cut down the center lengthwise. Now cut in the two sides into strips about 3/4 inch wide. You should get about 30 strips. Place the strips in the pan.

Bake 15-20 min.
A serving is 1 breadstick.
