Ingredients
Eggplant, tomatoes, tomato paste, onions, garlic, part skim mozza and parm. Breadcrumbs made from Healthy Way Bread toasted and crumbed in blender.
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in a bit of water, then add tomatoes and paste and simmer for 3 hours. Make breadcrumbs and coat eggplant with egg and breadcrumbs. Bake for 40 min. at 375. Layer sauce , eggplant, and cheese with last layer being cheese. Bake for 90 min. and 325.

    It's 680 grams - that is 2 pkgs of the mozzarella that comes in the wrapped balls - 340 grams each. All the ingredients are listed in the detailed ingredients.
