Clean Tuna Burgers

2Cans of tuna in water, drained2 egg whites1/4C low fat cottage cheese1/2C old fashioned oatmealS&P to taste(old bay and lemon pepper work great too)1T EVOO
Mix everything together( I season the mix and the tops of the burgers)
Preheat nonstick pan on Med heat w/oil
Measure out three 1/2cup servings
Make each one into patties
Cook as if you were cooking a burger, about 5min on each side. Cook all the way through!
Makes 3burgers (1/2C premeasured)
