Ingredients
5 tbs baking soda4 half cup measures of whole wheat flour (2 cups)3 half cup measures of white flour (1 1/2 cups)2 pinches of salt (or use salted butter)1 stick of butter2 cups of milk (I use powdered made into milk right then)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450degrees

1. combine dry ingredients,
2. cut in butter (I use a kitchen aid flat blade for ease)
3. Mix in milk by hand

drop large tablespoon scoops onto baking stone (or sheet) -makes about 24

Cook for 10-15 minutes.
