2 tbsp oil1 tsb minced garlic1 large can kitchen ready tomatoes8 ounces chicken breast (cut into cubes)1 chicken bouillon cube1 cup birds eye pepper stir fry1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 tbsp dried basil8 oz whole wheat elbows
makes 4 - 1 cup servings
in large skillet brown minced garlic in the oil.
add 1 large can kitchen ready tomatoes and 1/2 can water. Let simmer for 10 minutes - then add peppers and uncooked chicken - cook for 15 minutes. put chicken bouillon cube in 1/2 cup hot water and then add to skillet with salt pepper and basil. Boil water and add pasta - don't cook all the way thru - (about 6 or 7 minutes) - drain pasta and then add to skillet - cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
