Turkey Meatloaf minis

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground 93% lean, 19.2 oz (1.2 lbs)-onion soup mix, 1 packet dry-fit and active egg subtitute-1/2 cup-Progresso Italian seasoned bread crumbs3/4 cup-DelMonte ketchup 2/3 cup-water 1/4 cup-fresh chopped mushrooms 1 cup-Wheat germ (for fiber) 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients-do not over mix! Divide mixture into a 6 piece muffin pan. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes. Internal temp must be at 165 degrees.
