Ingredients
1 pound uncooked whole wheat fettuccine1 tablespoon butter1 clove garlic, minced1 1/4 cups fat free half and half3/4 cup grated reduced fat Parmesan cheese1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until tender. Add half and half, cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; add pasta, tossing gently to coat.
