Chicken skillet in soy sauce

3/4 tbsp Olive oil3 tbsp Soy sauce385g Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut iinto bite size2 cups french beans, chopped2 cups carrots, shredded1/4 tsp ginger powder1 dash of salt1.1/2 tsp garlic, minced1 dash of pepper
Heat oil and add chicken. Cook until no more juice from chicken. Add in soy sauce, salt, pepper, ginger, beans and carrot. Cook untill vegetables are just tender. Add in garlic and corn starch. Stir for a minute or two. Serve with rice.
