Turkey, Spinach & Ravioli Soup

Ingredients
4 c. Low Sodium Chicken Broth5 oz. Deli-style turkey breast (sliced approx. 1/2 inch thick and cut into cubes)1 c. Onion, coarsely chopped3 c. Fresh spinach, coarsely chopped9 oz. Whole Wheat 4-Cheese Ravioli1 tsp. Chopped or Minced Garlic2 tbsp Chopped fresh herbs (or 2 tsp dried)
Directions
Lightly spray (1 or 2 short sprays) bottom of medium sauce pan. Add onion and saute jut until tender. Add chicken broth and bring to simmer over medium heat.
Add ravioli and turkey breast and simmer until ravioli cooked, stirring occasionally. (Approx. 6-8 minutes).
Add spinach, garlic and chopped fresh herbs (if desired), simmer 1 minute or until spinach is tender.

Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.

Optional - sprinkle 1 tbsp. fresh grated parmesan on top before serving. (Not included in calorie totals).
