Turkey, bacon and pepper jack Quiche

Ingredients
6 extra large eggs.33 C skim milk.25 tsp Salt.25 tbsp Pepper, black6 medium slices bacon 4 oz Deli sliced turkey breast4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese1 Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Pre cook bacon, use paper towel to soak up grease.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Dice turkey and cheese. Set aside 1 oz. cheese for later.
Put turkey and cheese in crust, pour egg mixture over top. Add remaining cheese to top.
Bake in over 30 mins. or until egg is cooked through.
