Easy Creamy Pseudo-Lasagna

Ingredients
1 package No Yolks Dumplings1 lb ground lean turkey5 cloves garlic8 oz package light cream cheese, softened.8 oz light sour cream3 green onions, chopped1 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning1 tsp Mrs. Dash tomato, basil, garlic seasoning1/2 cup shredded parmesan, separated 1 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella 1 jar marinara sauce of choice1 can petite diced tomatoes
Directions
-Preheat oven to 350

-Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside.

-Brown turkey with garlic. Drain.

-Return turkey to pan and add marinara sauce and canned tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes.

-In mixer, place softened cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, Mrs. Dash seasonings, and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Mix until well blended.

-Place noodles in 9x13 pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over noodles. Pour marinara over top.

-Top with mozzarella and remaining parmesan.

-Bake 30 minutes or until hot in the center.
