Stir Fried Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
1 tbs Olive Oil4-5 Tsp Ginger Root, cut in strips3 Cloves Garlic2 stalks Celery1 medium carrot, cut like the ginger3 oz cooked sliced chicken.5 servings cooked brown rice
Directions
peel the ginger root, carrot and garlic cloves

Slice the garlic into small pieces
cut the ginger and carrot into matchstick sizes pieces
heat the oil over medium heat
slice the celery into chunks
toss all of the veggies into the oil, toss to coat and let cook 5 minutes or until tender crisp.
Add the cooked chicken and heat through
Add the cooked brown rice and let heat through and combine over low heat for 5 minutes.
serve and enjoy!
