Jimmy Carter Peanut Cake

1 c flour3/4 c peanuts, crushed1/4 lb margarine3/4 c peanut butter8 oz cream cheese1 c sugar1 cup Cool Whip2 sm packages chocolate instant pudding3 cups milk
First layer:
-mix peanuts, flour and margarine and press into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool.
Second layer:
- Mix together peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, Cool Whip until creamy. Spread on completely cooled crust.
Third layer:
- Mix together milk and pudding until thick. Spread on cream cheese layer. When pudding is set, frost with additional Cool Whip and sprinkle with a few chopped peanuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
