    I haven't had such a good homemade muffin in a long time.
    Actually, the preparation of the batter was done by two contestants in a race against time at an outdoors Sprinkler Splish Splash party. They even added half a marachino cherry on top.The end product had great texture and sensational taste! - 8/18/09
