Soft, Chewy, Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened1 cup white sugar1 cup packed brown sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoons ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoons cloves3 cups quick cooking oats
Directions
Make 24 Cookies!

1. In a medium bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar, eggs one at a time, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, then stir in vanilla.

2. slowly stir in the flour then oats

3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

4. Grease cookie sheets. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls (the cookies spread out flat, so make small rolls), and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.

5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
