Ingredients
1 cup reduced fat sour cream, 1 cucumber seeded and peeled, 1 tsp mustard, 1 cube chicken boullion, 1 tbsp chives
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth and chill.
Snip fresh chives over top before serving. Makes four servings for appetizer or two for lunch.
