Italian Smoked Sausage Stir Fry

1 pkg. turkey smoked sausage5 oz. pasta, cooked1/2 large onion, chopped coursely2 large zucchinis, sliced8 oz. mushrooms, sliced1 can diced tomatoes1 cup fresh spinach2 T Italian seasoning
Cook pasta; set aside. The other preparation can be done while the pasta is cooking.
Slice sausage into discs and brown in large frying pan or wok; set aside.
Slice onions, zucchini, mushrooms. Tear spinach into large pieces.
Cook veggies in order: onions first, add zucchini and mushrooms, then add tomatoes. Before adding the next vegetable, make sure the previous vegetable is cooked and water is reduced. Sprinkle with ~2 T Italian seasoning
Before adding spinach, drain pasta and add to vegetables, along with sausage. Add spinach; put lid on, and cook until spinach is done.
