Mustard & Almond Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
2 large (about 5 oz ea.) boneless chicken breast, skinned1 tablespoons Dijon or hot Dijon mustard1/8 cup whole raw unsalted almonds1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Directions
Heat oven to 400° F. Place chicken on a baking sheet. Spread mustard over chicken.

Place almonds in a food processor; process until almonds are finely chopped. Sprinkle almonds over chicken; top with paprika. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
