I just made this from the South Beach cookbook, and was happy to see that someone had already entered the recipe. If you want to serve over noodles, make extra sauce, as this doesn't give you enough. - 1/4/11

We love Worcestershire sauce with this favorite recipe. Really juices up the rather bland flavor. You can use either the straight Worcestershire sauce (several tablespoons, adjust to your own taste) or the chicken one. We don't make the noodles for this dish. - 2/12/18

I tried this recipe using what I had on hand. Since my seasonings are limited, I used a garlic pepper seasoning and minced garlic. I added spinach, onions and flax meal. Using plain LF yogurt instead of sour cream (didn't have any). and organic brown gravy mix. It was wonderful & my dd loved it - 12/28/10
