Ingredients
2.5 cups chopped onion1 cup chopped green pepper1 cup chopped celery15.5 oz can dark red kidney beans1 28oz can diced tomatoes1 14.5 oz can delmonte diced tomatoes with garlic and onions3 pounds ground turkey4 tbs. chili powder
Directions
chop vegetables and saute' in large pot heated with 2 tables of oil, for 5 minutes , add ground turkey cook until turkey is browned, add tomatoes & beans. Season with chili powder, celery seed, garlic powder,and salt & pepper. ( the chili powder I use is zero calories it's ground chili peppers, cumin, oregano & garlic. makes 8 ( 1 cup servings) 377 calories per cup

    Really good and flavorful, I used 2 pounds, 1 pound each of Turkey and Ground Beef, for the Husband.Figure I got same amount of calories using a lower total of meat. - 9/6/07
