Ingredients
1 8 oz. Bag of No Yolks Extra Broad Pasta2 Cans of Chicken of the Sea Chunk White Albacore Tuna in Water1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Can of Sweet Peas5 oz. of Skim Milk1 or 2 Cloves of Minced GarlicSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine minced garlic, peas, tuna and mushroom soup in a medium sauce pan, and heat on a fairly low temperature.

While heating the casserole mix, boil the noodles in a seperate pan of water for the recommended time stated on the bag. (Usually 10-15 minutes.)

Once the noodles are done and drained, and the casserole mix is warmed up, combine in an oven safe dish, approximately 9x9 inches, and bake at 350 degrees for around 10-15 minutes. depending on how crunchy you want the top layer to be. If you have no desire for a crunchy top, cover casserole with foil and heat until hot.

Serves 4.

Some variations include bread crumbs sprinkled on the casserole before baking or smashed up potato chips. Either way it's excellent, simple and a quick dinner fix! Enjoy!
